The edge is that my brain refuses to stay in one silo.
Hi, I am B². I am Benjamin Cox, with some help from Ben Murphy as advisor and director. My mission began on a rainy day, with a flooded apple tree in Vancouver, WA, set against the scarce water of the Atacama, and the injustice of local versus global natural capital.
So I fired myself, went to the OEM equipment side to learn the water problem from the inside, and found the gap that is the whole problem: brilliant, siloed experts who cannot build a quantified business case for their own technology.
The edge is not mining. It is a cross-siloed brain that refuses to limit itself to a single lens, and a value-in-use method that makes value visible, reducing the argument to real numbers rather than emotions.
"It is not your duty to finish the work, nor are you free to neglect it."

CORE BELIEFS
Dark chocolate solves everything.
Quant models without stories are useless.
Value has to be quantified, qualified, and emotionally matter.
If there is not a simple story, it cannot be sold.
When I am wrong, I admit it.
The edge is know-how and the models.
Stay lean. Do the important work.
Define the field, do not just serve it.
Every workshop and report has to educate, not just show value cases.
